Nanjing Zhiji Information Technology Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "Laifaxin") provide Laifaxin products and services (hereinafter referred to as "this Product" or "this Service"). You may access and use this Service via www.laifaxin.com. We fully recognize the importance of personal information to you (or the "User"), and will protect your personal information and privacy in accordance with laws and regulations. The Laifaxin Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Privacy Policy") describes how we collect, use, process, and disclose your personal information when you access or use this Service, and helps you understand your rights. Definitions

"Control" here refers to the power of an entity to govern the principal business conduct or activities of another entity, which power may arise from equity, voting rights, agreements, or other relationships generally regarded as conferring controlling or significant influence.

"De-identification" refers to the process by which personal information is processed by technical means such that, without the aid of additional information, the personal information subject cannot be identified.

"Anonymization" refers to the process by which personal information is processed by technical means such that the personal information subject cannot be identified, and the processed information cannot be restored.

I. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

You understand and agree that, in order to provide you with the basic functions of Laifaxin products, you must authorize us to collect and use the necessary information. If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use this Service normally; in order to provide you with additional functions of this Service, you may choose to authorize us to collect and use the corresponding information. If you refuse to provide it, you will be unable to use the relevant additional functions normally or unable to achieve the functional effects we intend to achieve, but this will not affect your normal use of the basic functions of this Service.

You understand and agree that, because the scope/functions of the services we provide to you are numerous and different users may use different specific service scopes/functions, the corresponding basic or additional functions, and the types and scope of personal information collected and used, will differ; these shall be subject to the specific service scope/function. (I) Information Collected During Registration, Login, and Use of this Service

1. Registration and Login: To help you complete the creation of a Laifaxin account, when you register and log in to this Service, you may create a Laifaxin account via mobile number, email, or other third-party accounts. We will use your mobile number and email address to send verification messages so that you may submit verification of identity. When you choose to create a Laifaxin account using an email or other third-party account, in order to ensure the security of your account and in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, you must further bind and verify a mobile number before you can log in to this Service.

When you choose to create a Laifaxin account using a third-party account, we will indirectly access and collect personal information you have expressly authorized (avatar, nickname, and similar information in your third-party account, subject to the public information and permissions authorized by different third-party accounts) and bind your third-party account to your Laifaxin account. If you refuse to provide information under the third-party account, you will be unable to choose to create a Laifaxin account and log in via the third-party account.

Please be aware that we collect mobile numbers and email addresses because they are necessary for registering and logging in to this Service. If you do not provide such information, we may be unable to provide you with this Service (including unable to log in). However, your failure to provide a mobile number or email address will not affect your ability to browse and search product, function, and service introductions displayed on the Laifaxin official website, or page content publicly shared by other registered users with the entire web.

2. Completing Personal Profile: After registering and logging in, you may independently complete your personal profile, including basic information such as avatar and nickname. We will collect the personal information you actively fill in to display to other users.

3. Customer Search and Email Marketing Functions: You may use Laifaxin's customer search function to search for and import customer email and other information, or use Laifaxin's email marketing function to send marketing emails to these customers. To provide these functions, we will collect customer information that you upload and manage, including the customer's name, email, company, source, and other information. We will protect the privacy of this customer information and will not abuse or leak it.

4. Security Operations: To provide this Product and Service to you and enterprise/organization users, to maintain the normal operation of this Service, to improve and optimize our service experience, and to safeguard the security of your account, depending on the device model and permissions granted during your use of this Service, we will collect device-related information for using this Service, including device model, operating system and version, and system disk storage capacity, to detect whether your personal device meets the usage requirements. To facilitate troubleshooting and improve service quality, we will also collect log information about your use of the Service, including the manner, type, and status of network access, network quality data, operation logs, fault logs, and service log information. To make it easier for you to manage the device login permissions of your account, we will also collect your last login time so that you can determine whether the login was performed by yourself.

5. User Feedback: During the use of this Service, you may submit feedback on issues encountered during use and on service experience to help us better understand your experience and needs in using our products or services, so that we can help you resolve issues and also improve our products and services.   1. Regarding the use of system permissions such as photo album, camera, microphone, and Bluetooth, none will be enabled by default; they will only be used to implement specific functions or services after your express authorization, and you may revoke such authorization. We will share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and clear purposes, and will only share personal information necessary to provide the services. Our partners have no right to use the shared personal information for any purpose unrelated to the products or services.

5. Assisting in dispute resolution. For example, if you are accused of intellectual property infringement or content non-compliance for information published on this Service, where a qualified complainant, judicial authority, or administrative enforcement authority makes an information disclosure request, we will, as the situation warrants, provide the necessary information such as the contact details of the complained-of user to the above-mentioned authority or individual to facilitate dispute resolution. (III) Information Shared to Implement Functions or Services

  1. When you choose, through this Service, to activate, manage, and use third-party products or services, you agree that we will share certain of your information with such third-party service provider. Otherwise, you will be unable to use the third-party service. When you activate and use third-party services, you must read and fully understand and comply with the product functions and privacy policies of the third-party services.

  2. Login and binding to products within this Service: With your consent, when you use your Laifaxin account to log in to third-party products or services, we will share your basic information (username, avatar) and other information you authorize with the foregoing products or services.

(IV) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:

  1. Transfer with explicit consent: With your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.

  2. In the event Nanjing Zhiji Information Technology Co., Ltd. undergoes a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, or other circumstances involving merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, if personal information transfer is involved, we will require the new company or organization holding your personal information to continue to be bound by this Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require such company, organization, or individual to seek your authorized consent again.

When you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup systems, but will delete such information when the backup is updated.

(VIII) Right to Be Notified of Cessation of Operations

If this Service is terminated or operations cease, we will promptly stop activities of processing your personal information, will notify you at least thirty days in advance of the cessation of operations through individual delivery or announcement, and will delete or anonymize the personal information we hold about you after the termination of services or operations.

VI. Protection of Personal Information of Minors

  1. We value the protection of personal information of minors. (I) We may from time to time revise this Privacy Policy. Without your express consent, we will not reduce the rights you enjoy under this Privacy Policy.

(II) After this Privacy Policy is updated, we will display the changed Privacy Policy to you by way of push notification or pop-up so that you may promptly learn the latest version of this Privacy Policy. We will also update the "Update Date" at the top of this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of our services indicates your agreement to accept the contents of the revised Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of this platform within the territory of the People's Republic of China. There may be multiple language versions of this Privacy Policy. In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between the various language versions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
