๐Ÿš€ No courses for sale! Step-by-step: go live with an inquiry-collecting site in 10 minutes!

[Soul-search trio]โ€‹

Still burning cash on ads that don't convert? Still grinding on SEO with no traffic? Still mentally drained by those three-days-two-nights ยฅ19,800 "master classes" that teach surface-level junk?

Wake up, my foreign trade friends! In the AI era, the game has fundamentally changed!

Forget complex SEO theory. Forget SEMrush. Forget endless backlink building. Today I'll take you through a brand-new AI workflow โ€” going straight at the essence of customer acquisition.

Core goal: Take your existing product catalog (PPT/PDF/spreadsheet) and turn it in 10 minutes into a professional landing page that captures inquiries, runs ads, and is globally accelerated โ€” high conversion.

Here's my promise:

  • No courses! No courses! No courses! Pure tech sharing.
  • No BS! No fluff! No made-up terms! (That "kวŽn-ke page" thing? Just a buzzword some instructors invented to fleece their audience.)
  • As long as you know your product โ€” even with zero copywriting skills, you can pull this off.

This post is just the start. Going forward, we'll also share how to use AI to write ad copy and run precise campaigns. Want to keep up? Reply "Join group" in the comments โ€” join our foreign trade growth practice community and crush the competition with technology.

1. Flow overview: 10 minutes, just these stepsโ€‹

To set expectations, here's the whole process in one diagram โ€” just follow it.

2. Prep: your "weapons"โ€‹

  1. Magic internet access (US IP): Hard requirement โ€” needed to reach https://aistudio.google.com/.
  2. Personal domain: Recommended at cloudflare.com, pay with PayPal or a foreign-currency card.
  3. WPS Super Member: For high-quality document conversion, this small investment is worth it.
  4. AI tool accounts (all free to register):
    • Google AI Studio: https://aistudio.google.com/
    • Bolt.new: https://bolt.new/

Core strengths of this playbook, once more: No server, no code, built-in global CDN acceleration and free SSL. 10 minutes, from zero to one, owning a real inquiry-collecting site!

3. Hands-on: from PPT to inquiry-collecting siteโ€‹

Today's case: turn this 62MB product PPT into an online landing page that captures inquiries.

A 62MB product catalog PPT โ€” the starting point for our 10-minute build challenge

Step 1: file format conversion (WPS)โ€‹

Open the PPT in WPS and Save As PDF.

In WPS, save the PPT as PDF โ€” first step for ensuring quality through the subsequent conversion

Then use WPS's "PDF to Word" feature. (Why not convert PPT directly to Word? I tried it โ€” the formatting becomes a mess and images can drop. This is hard-won experience!)

Use WPS's PDF-to-Word to finally convert the file into an editable Word (.docx) document

Step 2: upload to Yuque, get Markdownโ€‹

Register and sign in to Yuque (https://www.yuque.com/), pick any knowledge base, choose "Import".

In Yuque, click the "+" in the top right and choose "Import" from the dropdown

Choose the Word document we just converted.

In the import dialog, select the local Word document and confirm upload

After import, you'll see a messily-formatted document โ€” don't panic, this is exactly as planned.

After import, the content is all there, but the formatting looks chaotic

Now copy the browser URL of this doc and append /markdown to the end, then hit enter. Original URL: https://www.yuque.com/qiudiss/lqafye/xhvd4kxgygg5fkwe Markdown URL: https://www.yuque.com/qiudiss/lqafye/xhvd4kxgygg5fkwe/markdown

You'll see a screen full of code โ€” this is the "raw material" we need. Select all (Ctrl+A) and copy (Ctrl+C).

Visit the Markdown version of the doc and the page shows plain Markdown โ€” our raw material for the next step

Yuque image links have "hotlink protection" โ€” use them directly on other sites and they break. We must replace them. Download: https://soft.xiaoshujiang.com/download/ (if download is tough, join the group, I'll send you the installer)

Open Xiaoshujiang and paste the Markdown you just copied. Then use its image host swap feature to one-click replace with your own image host links. (Note: image host setup has a learning curve for newcomers โ€” you can check the docs on Xiaoshujiang's site, or just join the group, we have a simpler approach.)

In the Xiaoshujiang editor, use its powerful image host swap feature to batch process Yuque image links in Markdown

Step 4: AI cleans up content (AI Studio)โ€‹

After image processing, the content is still a "rough draft". AI's turn to finish the interior. Open https://aistudio.google.com/ and use the prompt below to have the AI organize the messy text into logical website copy.

Prompt:

Help me organize the following document with clear logic, making it well-structured for me to build a landing page. Output the final content as a markdown code block (for easy copy-paste).
1. Complete the image descriptions using surrounding context
2. Structure must be clear
---
[Paste the Markdown copied from Xiaoshujiang processing here]

In Google AI Studio, enter the content-organization instruction and paste our prepared Markdown content

In about a minute, the AI returns clearly structured Markdown content with completed descriptions. Be sure to quickly review it and check that core product info is accurate.

After AI processing, carefully review the output to make sure key info like product names and specs is correct

Step 5: AI generates the landing page (Bolt)โ€‹

The most exciting moment! We'll use AI to build a site in one line. Be sure to register through my personal invite link โ€” both of us get more free credits. The more credits you get, the more tests and tutorials I can produce โ€” it's a positive loop. We farm credits together, grow together! Personal link: https://bolt.new/?rid=oa0sug

After entering Bolt, give the AI the site-build instruction:

Prompt:

Help me create a landing page
1. In English
2. Must have navigation: clickable for quick jumping
3. Must have a form: customers can submit inquiries
4. Company info: I don't have any yet, please make something up
5. Product info
[Paste the cleaned product info from above here]

Paste the detailed requirements and product info into Bolt's input box and let the AI work its magic

Click generate โ€” the AI starts working for you...

The AI is writing code in real time and generating a preview based on our instruction โ€” fully automated

If you see red error messages during the process, don't panic โ€” just click "Attempt Fix" and the AI fixes it itself. All you need to know is how to click the mouse.

When a code error pops up, gracefully click "Attempt Fix" and the AI auto-repairs it

When the preview area on the right shows the page properly, you're done.

After AI's auto-repair, a complete basic landing page has been generated and previews normally

Think the colors are too dark? Tell the AI directly: "I feel this color isn't good โ€” I want something brighter and more upscale"

Type modification requests directly into the left chat box โ€” e.g. change the color scheme โ€” and the AI immediately responds and adjusts the design

The new version looks far more professional!

After AI's tweak, the new landing page's layout and tones are cleaner and more professional, fitting B2B aesthetics

The AI even thoughtfully designed product category tabs โ€” great interaction!

The product display area on the new page has clickable tabs โ€” users can easily switch between product series

Step 6: bring the inquiry form to lifeโ€‹

The form at the bottom of the site is just a placeholder for now โ€” it can't actually receive inquiries. We'll use https://pixeltrack.laifa.xin/ to bring it to life. It collects inquiries and sends you email notifications.

The currently AI-generated inquiry form is just a static style โ€” it doesn't capture data yet

After signing up and logging in, click "Create Campaign".

In the Pixeltrack dashboard, click "Create Campaign" to start setting up our inquiry tracking system

On the creation page, note:

  1. Upload image: Customers see this image after submitting the form. Upload a company QR code, WhatsApp QR code, etc.
  2. Configure tracking fields: Make sure the fields here match the landing-page form fields one-to-one. Our form has "Company Name" โ€” by default it's not here. In "Custom Field Configuration", set Custom Field 1 (c1) to Company Name.

On the create-campaign page, upload an after-submit image and carefully configure the form's tracking fields so the data is captured correctly

After creation, let's test it. Click "Test Tracking".

In the campaign details, find and click the "Test Tracking" button to verify the config

On the new page, click "Run Tracking Test".

Click "Run Tracking Test" โ€” the system simulates an inquiry submission to verify the tracking setup works

Back in the campaign details, you'll see a test entry in "Inquiry Records".

On the Inquiry Records tab, you can see the test inquiry that was just generated โ€” confirming the system works

At the same time, your email receives a notification.

A system email notifying you of a new test inquiry โ€” confirming email notifications work

Test passed! Now, in the "Tracking Code" section of the campaign details, copy the tracking image URL ending in .png.

In the "Tracking Code" section, find and copy this tracking image link ending in .png โ€” this is the key to wiring up the data

Step 7: inject the tracking codeโ€‹

This is the core technical step โ€” relatively complex, read carefully! If you can't crack it, feel free to leave "Join group" in the comments โ€” I'll teach you hands-on in the group.

We need to tell the AI: after the user submits the form, load the parameterized image above.

Prompt:

After the customer submits the form, display this image on the current page: https://pixeltrack-worker.laifa.xin/track/SGfj-786.png
The image must include parameters mapped as: email (e), phone (p), name (n), message (m), company name (c1)

This diagram clearly shows the one-to-one mapping between the Prompt instruction and the tracking link parameters โ€” follow it exactly

Back on the Bolt page, click the "Inspector" button in the top right, then hover over the inquiry form area and click to select. In the left input box, paste the prepared Prompt and let the AI apply the change.

In Bolt, use the Inspector tool to select the inquiry module, then enter the instruction to have the AI inject the inquiry tracking code

After the change, fill in real info on the page to test.

Fill in test info in the landing page's inquiry form, then click Send to verify the inquiry feature works

Almost instantly, the Pixeltrack dashboard receives this inquiry โ€” perfect!

The Pixeltrack dashboard shows the inquiry submitted from the landing page in real time โ€” extremely low latency

Step 8: download the static siteโ€‹

The site works โ€” now we need to deploy it under our own domain. In the top right of Bolt, click "Publish". Once published, click the three dots at the top and choose "Export" โ†’ "Download".

Publish and export the project in Bolt โ€” download the ZIP containing the site files

You get a project-bolt-xxx.zip archive. After extracting, find the dist folder โ€” that's the actual site.

Extracted project folder โ€” we need the "dist" subfolder, which contains all static site files

Zip up this dist folder separately for upload.

Zip up just the "dist" folder into a new ZIP for uploading to the deployment platform

Step 9: publish to the cloud (Tencent Cloud Pages)โ€‹

Here we use Tencent Cloud's Webify (also called EdgeOne Pages) for free deployment. Visit: https://console.cloud.tencent.com/edgeone/pages

Click "New Application" and choose "Direct Upload".

In the Tencent Cloud Pages console, choose "New Application" and use "Direct Upload"

Fill in the project info:

  • Project name: Custom, e.g. my-glass-site.
  • Acceleration region: If your domain isn't ICP-filed, make sure to choose "Global (excluding mainland China)".
  • Upload file: Select the dist.zip we just packaged.
  • Click "Start Deployment".

Fill in the project name, choose the right acceleration region, and upload the packaged static site

Deployment is fast โ€” about 10 seconds.

The page shows the project deploying โ€” usually completes shortly

When status shows "Success", you can preview via the temporary domain Tencent Cloud provides.

After successful deployment, click the preview link to check the live site works

Step 10: bind your own domainโ€‹

Preview looks good โ€” let's bind our own domain, e.g. glass.laifa.xin. In project settings, click "Add Custom Domain", enter your domain, make sure to check "Auto-apply free certificate"!

In project settings, add your own domain and enable the free SSL certificate option

The system asks you to add a CNAME record. Go to your domain provider's backend (e.g. Cloudflare) and add it. If you're not sure how, click "Setup Guide", or just join the group and ask me.

Based on the CNAME value Tencent Cloud provides, add the record in your domain DNS backend

After adding the record, return and click "Verify". Sometimes it says incorrect โ€” that's because DNS propagation takes time, wait 5-10 minutes and retry.

DNS verification failure message โ€” usually because the record hasn't propagated globally yet โ€” wait a bit

When "DNS Setting" shows "Set", propagation is done. "Certificate Status" may still be "Deploying" โ€” wait a bit more.

DNS verification successful โ€” waiting for SSL certificate auto-deploy to finish

About a minute later, the certificate is active, and your domain works over HTTPS!

Done! You can now safely access this landing page via your own domain

4. How to update and iterate?โ€‹

Want to tweak the page content? Super easy. Back in Bolt, click "Inspector" to select the module to change, then tell the AI your new requirement in plain language.

Use the Inspector tool to easily select any element on the page you want to change and give natural-language instructions

Once happy with the change, repeat Steps 8-10: re-download the static package, then in Tencent Cloud Pages, "Build & Deploy" โ†’ "New Deployment", and upload the new version to update the site.

In Tencent Cloud Pages, use "New Deployment" to upload a new version โ€” easy content iteration

5. This is just the beginningโ€‹

Today you used AI to complete a project that previously would have cost you several thousand to tens of thousands of yuan. You saved not just money but also valuable time and the risk of being fleeced.

This landing page is a "super weapon" for your Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and EDM marketing. Google indexes it โ€” great for SEO. It's clearly structured โ€” great for SEM.

One person fumbling is inefficient โ€” building together with a community gets you further.

In this workflow, you may still hit issues around image hosting, prompt optimization, inquiry tracking, and other details. More importantly: once the site is built โ€” how do you write high-converting ad copy? How do you cheaply test for winning ads? How do you build a complete AI customer acquisition system?

These are exactly what our ใ€Foreign Trade AI Growth Communityใ€‘ is exploring and practicing in depth.

Comment "Join group" below this post and I'll personally bring you in!

No "masters", no "elites" โ€” just a group of foreign trade pros like you, who want to actually make money with AI. Looking forward to having you. Together, we change our fate with technology.
