After entering mass send config, fill in the 4 Tabs in order and submit to the cloud.

1. Select Customers (Tab 1)

Pick recipients and exclusions:

  • Recipients (required) — The group to send to. Choose tags or views
  • Exclusions (optional) — The group not to send to (e.g. closed deals / competitors / domestic emails), also via tag / view

A high open rate isn't necessarily good. Check for these behaviors:

  • Concentrated abnormal sending: Sending more than 20 emails to one company in a day → triggers anti-spam per-email checks, abnormally high open rate
  • Content already flagged: Cold email rarely changed → pattern detected, anti-spam scans per email. High open + low reply = something's wrong. Avoid over-exposing company full name / website / email in cold emails, prepare multiple template sets to rotate
  • Check open devices: In Email Tracking, look at the open device — mobile reads are usually the customer, desktop (especially Linux) is 90%+ machine scans, "Unknown device" is usually a crawler
