Single-click any contact in the list โ†’ details panel pops up on the right, where you can directly view and edit all fields.

Contact details panel: after clicking a row in the list, the right drawer pops up with all fields (name/email/company/title/tags/progress, etc.) + direct edit

Q1 ยท How do I bulk change contact owner?โ€‹

Filter target customers โ†’ Select all โ†’ click Edit โ†’ 1st dropdown select Owner โ†’ 2nd dropdown select new owner โ†’ confirm.

Q2 ยท Can deleted contacts be recovered?โ€‹

Yes. Deleted ones go to Recycle Bin, recoverable within a certain period (specific retention period depends on system settings). After expiration, they're permanently deleted and unrecoverable.

Q3 ยท What's the difference between "Add" and "Replace" in tag editing?โ€‹

  • Add: original tags kept + new selected tags added (most common)
  • Replace: original tags all deleted + replaced with newly selected (use carefully)

Q4 ยท What's the max count for bulk operations?โ€‹

Max first 10,000 (click "Advanced" โ€” custom count upper limit is 10,000). Above that requires batched operations.

Q5 ยท Can I still send email after adding to blacklist?โ€‹

No. After blacklisting, the system no longer sends, and search no longer saves. To restore sending, you need to first remove from blacklist.

Q6 ยท I changed customer info but the save button didn't appear?โ€‹

Detail panel all fields save instantly (auto-saved after clicking edit) โ€” no explicit save button. Close the panel after editing.

  • โœ… Use views well: spend 10 minutes setting up a few common views (e.g. "New This Month" / "To Follow Up" / "Deal Closed") โ€” apply with one click each time, efficiency doubles
