2. Inquiry AI Hint ยท Tells You Why It's Classified as an Inquiryโ€‹

When AI identifies a real inquiry, a green-highlighted banner appears at the top of the email, telling you the AI's basis for judgment:

This transparent judgment lets you understand at a glance why AI classified this as an inquiry โ€” not a black-box guess, but based on the customer's precise response to your CTA (Call-to-Action).

3. Correction Mechanism ยท AI Gets Smarter with Useโ€‹

AI isn't 100% perfect โ€” it occasionally misjudges. Click the ใ€Correctใ€‘ button on the right of the banner to give the right category back to the system. AI learns in the background, and next time the same type of email is identified more accurately.

AI categorization covers general scenarios, but you may want to segment by business dimensions (by project / customer / urgency etc.) โ€” for that, use manual colored categories.

III. Create and Manage Manual Categoriesโ€‹

1. Create a New Category Tagโ€‹

Steps:

  • 1๏ธโƒฃ Enter create mode: On the email list page, click the ใ€+ใ€‘ button next to the ใ€Categoriesใ€‘ area in the top-left
  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Configure category: Enter category name (e.g. "VIP Customers") + pick an eye-catching color โ†’ Save

2. Modify or Delete Existing Categoriesโ€‹

Click the small gear โš™๏ธ icon next to the category tag, then pick ใ€Editใ€‘ or ใ€Deleteใ€‘ from the dropdown.

IV. Apply Categories to Emailsโ€‹

1. Apply Existing Categoryโ€‹

Open an email โ†’ in the action area above the email click ใ€Categoryใ€‘ โ†’ pick an existing category tag.

2. Create New Category and Apply Immediatelyโ€‹

While processing email, find a need for a new category? Just:

  • Above the email, ใ€Categoryใ€‘ action area โ†’ pick ใ€New Category and Tagใ€‘
  • Follow Create New Category flow โ†’ new category is immediately applied to the current email

After an email is linked to a category, the email list shows the colored tag โ€” clear at a glance:

AI mainly judges at the semantic level "this looks like an inquiry", but some phishers use inquiry-style phrasing:
