For every email in your inbox, the system automatically tells whether it's a real inquiry, then sorts it into one of 5 categories (Inquiry / System / Ad / Reject / Risk). Real inquiries also show a banner at the top explaining "why this was classified as an inquiry" + a correction button (in case the AI got it wrong). You can also build your own colored categories (VIP customers / orders / urgent etc.) to segment by business dimensions.
