1. Create Enterprise Account

Pick either of the 2 entries.

2. Switch Enterprise Account

If you manage multiple enterprises at the same time, or switch between Personal / Enterprise identities — 2 methods.

Entry ① · Switch via Personal ID

Fastest: Top-right [Personal ID] dropdown → select the enterprise to switch to.

Entry ② · Switch via "My Enterprise" Page

Steps:

	• Text switch: Hover over the blank area of the "My Role" column → [Switch Account] appears
	• Icon switch: Click the [Switch Enterprise] icon directly

3. Edit Enterprise Information

When the enterprise name / team size needs updating, change it here.

Q1 · Does creating Enterprise version cost?

Creation is free. Basic enterprise management features (departments / members / permissions / sharing) are all free to use.

What costs:

• Advanced features (e.g. Search Privileges / large quota packages)
• Package total points (search / Email Verification / mass send all use points)

Q2 · Will Personal account data auto-sync to Enterprise version?

❌ No auto-sync. Personal / Enterprise account data is relatively independent. If needed, use Data Import to manually migrate customers.

Q3 · Can Enterprise version member limit be adjusted?

✅ Yes. In [Edit Enterprise Info] change "Team Size". When exceeding the current package limit, system guides you to upgrade.

Q4 · How many Enterprise versions can one phone number create?

Multiple. The same person can create / manage multiple enterprises, switching between them using "Switch Enterprise" above.

Q5 · How to transfer Enterprise admin to someone else?

In Member Management:

1. Upgrade the new admin's role to "Admin"
2. Downgrade your own role (or leave)

⚠️ Keep at least 1 admin, otherwise the enterprise may lose control.

Q6 · Can Enterprise version revert to Personal version?

Downgrade is currently not supported. After creating Enterprise version, the original Personal ID becomes the enterprise admin. If you want to "use Personal version", you can register a new account or leave the enterprise.
