The core of Enterprise team collaboration: invite employees into the enterprise โ†’ assign role + department โ†’ disable / delete at offboarding.

โš ๏ธ Confirm two things before inviting
  1. The employee has already signed up for a Laifaxin account
  2. The employee has bound an email (see Email Account)

โ†’ Employees without a Laifaxin account cannot join even with the invite link.

1. Invite New Membersโ€‹

Two entries โ€” pick either.

Copy the invite link in the modal and send it to your employee:

2. Invite Link Settingsโ€‹

You can preconfigure 3 things in the invite modal:

  • Small team โ†’ no approval + 7-day expiry
  • Large team / frequent hiring โ†’ enable approval + 1-day expiry
  • Temporary invite โ†’ 1-day expiry + default "Intern" role

3. Approve Join Requestsโ€‹

On the employee side:

4. Edit Member Infoโ€‹

After members join, 3 fields can be edited:

1. Change nicknameโ€‹

2. Change roleโ€‹

Adjust the employee's permission level (e.g. promote from "Salesperson" to "Sales Manager"):

3. Change departmentโ€‹

Adjust the employee's department (e.g. move from "Sales" to "Marketing"):

5. Disable / Delete Membersโ€‹

1. Disable a member (recoverable)โ€‹

Good for temporary suspension (long leave / role investigation).

Want to restore a disabled member? Click [Enable] on the right of the user.

2. Delete a member (not recoverable)โ€‹

Good for offboarding / permanent removal.

โš ๏ธ Reassign customers before deletion

Before offboarding / deleting an employee, always:

  1. In Customer Ownership, filter customers owned by this employee
  2. Bulk reassign to active employees
  3. Then delete the employee account

โ†’ Otherwise customers go untouched for a long time and you lose opportunities.

Departments first. Recommended flow:

1. Create departments in [Department Management](./department-management.md)

Q5 ยท Maximum members per enterprise?โ€‹

Depends on the plan. The base plan has a headcount cap; upgrading expands it. Hitting the cap on "Team Size" in Enterprise Info will prompt an upgrade.

Q6 ยท Can one person join multiple enterprises?โ€‹

โœ… Yes. One Laifaxin account can belong to multiple enterprises simultaneously โ€” use Switch Enterprise to toggle.
