1. Three-Step Basic Export

1. Step 1 · Select Customers

Enter Contact Management, select customers to export (you can select all in current view, or check individual ones) → click Data Actions at the top → choose Export Data.

2. Step 2 · Choose Fields

In the popup, select the fields to export. Common fields:

2. View Export History + Re-download

Exported files won't be lost — the system auto-saves them in Export History, downloadable anytime.

Entry point: Top-right of export interface → Export History

The history page shows for each export: Export time / Record count / Download action.

💡 Time-saving tip

3. Export "Valid Emails" Only

The biggest waste in bulk email — sending to a pile of dead emails and getting nothing but bounces. Filter out invalid ones first before exporting.

• ① In filter conditions, select Email verification result = Valid email

• ② After filtering, click Data Actions → Export Data

4. Two Advanced Filter Export Examples

Case 1 · Export "US Customers with Valid Emails"

Business scenario: You want to do a precise bulk send to US customers — first export the batch with real, reachable emails among US customers.

Steps:

• ① Enter Contact Management → Add 2 conditions in the filter:
  • Condition A: Tag contains any US (or a customer-group tag containing US like English-US-Kayak-Distributor)
  • Condition B: Email verification result = Valid email
  • Logic: AND (both conditions must be met)
• ② Select the filtered customers → Data Actions → Export Data

Case 2 · Export "US Customers' Gmail Emails"

Business scenario: Gmail users are highly active. You want a separate list of US Gmail customers for focused follow-up.

Steps:

• ① Add 2 conditions in the filter:
  • Condition A: Tag contains any US
  • Condition B: Email ends with @gmail.com
  • Logic: AND
• ② Select filtered customers → Data Actions → Export Data

• US + Yahoo / Hotmail emails → change condition B to the matching domain suffix
• A customer group + read count > 0 (the "warm" customers who've opened emails) → for precise secondary follow-up

Q1: Can I select specific fields when exporting contacts?

Yes. The export popup supports freely selecting fields (email / phone / company / tags / country / custom fields, etc.) for precise export based on business needs.

Q2: What's the max number of contacts per export run?

50,000 max per run. If you exceed, batch export by view or tag (e.g. by country, or by time period).

Q3: How do I export only verified "valid emails"?

First filter Email verification result = Valid email in the contact filter, then select the filtered customers → Data Actions → Export Data. See "3. Export Valid Emails Only" above.

Q4: What format is the exported file?

Excel-compatible format (.xlsx or .csv) — opens directly in WPS / Office Excel / Google Sheets / Numbers.

Q5: Will customer data be deleted from Laifaxin after export?

No. Exporting only copies a copy locally — original data stays intact in the system.

Q6: Can I re-download previously exported files?

Yes. Enter the Export History page (entry point at top-right of export interface), find the record, and click Download. We recommend immediately saving a local or cloud copy after exporting — don't rely on system storage long-term.
