35 Enterprise Mail · Complete Setup Guide

35 Enterprise Mail (also known as "Sanwu Hulian Enterprise Mail") is a cloud email system focused on enterprise collaboration, offering unlimited capacity and global mail delivery. Binding it to Laifaxin requires 2 steps:

StepContentRequired
1. Add a Client Authorization CodeGenerate one under "Client Protocol Settings" in the web UIYes
2. Bind in LaifaxinServer uses your own company domain + the authorization codeYes

→ When binding, fill the password field with the Client Authorization Code (not your 35 mail login password).

35 Enterprise Mail is unique: server addresses use YOUR OWN company domain

Other enterprise mailboxes have fixed server addresses (e.g. Tencent's imap.exmail.qq.com); 35 is different — server = imap. / smtp. prefix + your own company domain:

Your mailbox domainIMAP serverSMTP server
laifa.xinimap.laifa.xinsmtp.laifa.xin
laifaxin.comimap.laifaxin.comsmtp.laifaxin.com

→ Your domain = whatever comes after the @ in your email.

1. Server Parameters

Prepend imap. / smtp. to your own mailbox domain:

ProtocolUseServerSSL Port
IMAPReceiveimap.{yourdomain}993
SMTPSendsmtp.{yourdomain}465

Encryption: SSL / TLS

Example

Mailbox is sales@laifa.xin → domain is laifa.xin → server is imap.laifa.xin / smtp.laifa.xin.

2. Get the Client Authorization Code

Steps:

  1. Log in to the 35 Enterprise Mail web
  2. Click Settings in the top-right → Client Protocol Settings
  3. In the Third-Party Client Authorization Code area, click Add Authorization Code
  4. Enter an identifier name for the code (we suggest Laifaxin) → copy the generated code immediately

35 Enterprise Mail web - add Client Authorization Code: Settings → Client Protocol Settings page, in the "Third-Party Client Authorization Code" area click "Add Authorization Code", enter an identifier name and generate then copy the code

Copy the code immediately after generation

Once you close the page, the code may no longer be fully viewable — paste it into Laifaxin right away, or save to a password manager first.

3. Bind in Laifaxin

Go to Laifaxin email account and add the 35 enterprise mailbox:

FieldWhat to enter
Email addressFull enterprise email, e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com
PasswordPaste the Client Authorization Code (NOT the login password!)
IMAP serverimap.{yourdomain} · Port 993 · SSL
SMTP serversmtp.{yourdomain} · Port 465 · SSL

After filling in, click Verify:

Laifaxin add email - fill in server parameters and authorization code: full enterprise email in the address field, paste the Client Authorization Code in the password field, IMAP/SMTP servers with imap./smtp. plus your own domain, click verify

Once verified, the mailbox status shows Normal — binding successful:

Laifaxin email account list - binding successful: the status column on the 35 enterprise mailbox row shows a green "Normal" badge, binding complete and ready to send/receive

After binding, turn on mail sync + notifications (see Check New Emails).

FAQ

Q1 · Why do send/receive servers use my own domain?

This is 35 Enterprise Mail's service model — the server address is bound to your enterprise domain, giving the mailbox service more brand independence and helping with mail delivery trust.

→ Others use fixed addresses like imap.exmail.qq.com; 35 uses imap.yourdomain.

Q2 · Which is "my domain"? How do I confirm?

Your domain = whatever comes after the @ in your email address.

Your enterprise emailDomainServer
sales@laifa.xinlaifa.xinimap.laifa.xin / smtp.laifa.xin
tom@abc-trade.comabc-trade.comimap.abc-trade.com / smtp.abc-trade.com

Q3 · What if imap.mydomain is unreachable / doesn't resolve?

imap.yourdomain works only when the domain DNS is correctly configured (set up by the IT / domain admin when 35 mail was enabled).

→ If unreachable or "server not found", DNS isn't set right — contact the person who originally enabled 35 mail (company IT or domain admin) to check the resolution.

Q4 · Can I use the same authorization code on multiple clients?

Technically yes, but not recommended. Best practice is one client, one code — generate an independent authorization code for each client / device:

  • If a device is lost or a client retired, just revoke that one code
  • Doesn't affect other devices

Q5 · What if I forget / lose the code?

Cannot be recovered, only delete and create a new one:

  1. Log in to mail.35.comSettingsClient Protocol Settings
  2. Delete the old code entry
  3. Click Add Authorization Code to regenerate → re-bind in Laifaxin

Q6 · Is 35 Enterprise Mail suitable for foreign trade? How many emails per day?

Decent among Chinese enterprise mailboxes. 35 focuses on unlimited capacity + global delivery, has some footprint with domestic foreign trade teams, but overseas delivery rate doesn't match Google Workspace.

Warm-up strategy (don't run outreach at the cap):

StageDaily sendNotes
Week 1 (newly bound)Start at 505–10 min interval
Weeks 2–4100–200Watch bounce rate (keep ≤ 3%)
Stable phaseUp to 300Bulk sends via quality channel

Use a quality channel for bulkFor mass sends, don't send directly from the enterprise mailbox — use the quality channel
