35 Enterprise Mail · Complete Setup Guide
35 Enterprise Mail (also known as "Sanwu Hulian Enterprise Mail") is a cloud email system focused on enterprise collaboration, offering unlimited capacity and global mail delivery. Binding it to Laifaxin requires 2 steps:
| Step | Content | Required |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Add a Client Authorization Code | Generate one under "Client Protocol Settings" in the web UI | Yes |
| 2. Bind in Laifaxin | Server uses your own company domain + the authorization code | Yes |
→ When binding, fill the password field with the Client Authorization Code (not your 35 mail login password).
Other enterprise mailboxes have fixed server addresses (e.g. Tencent's imap.exmail.qq.com); 35 is different — server = imap. / smtp. prefix + your own company domain:
| Your mailbox domain | IMAP server | SMTP server |
|---|---|---|
laifa.xin | imap.laifa.xin | smtp.laifa.xin |
laifaxin.com | imap.laifaxin.com | smtp.laifaxin.com |
→ Your domain = whatever comes after the @ in your email.
1. Server Parameters
Prepend imap. / smtp. to your own mailbox domain:
| Protocol | Use | Server | SSL Port |
|---|---|---|---|
| IMAP | Receive | imap.{yourdomain} | 993 |
| SMTP | Send | smtp.{yourdomain} | 465 |
Encryption: SSL / TLS
Mailbox is sales@laifa.xin → domain is laifa.xin → server is imap.laifa.xin / smtp.laifa.xin.
2. Get the Client Authorization Code
Steps:
- Log in to the 35 Enterprise Mail web
- Click Settings in the top-right → Client Protocol Settings
- In the Third-Party Client Authorization Code area, click Add Authorization Code
- Enter an identifier name for the code (we suggest
Laifaxin) → copy the generated code immediately

Once you close the page, the code may no longer be fully viewable — paste it into Laifaxin right away, or save to a password manager first.
3. Bind in Laifaxin
Go to Laifaxin email account and add the 35 enterprise mailbox:
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Email address | Full enterprise email, e.g. yourname@yourcompany.com |
| Password | Paste the Client Authorization Code (NOT the login password!) |
| IMAP server | imap.{yourdomain} · Port 993 · SSL |
| SMTP server | smtp.{yourdomain} · Port 465 · SSL |
After filling in, click Verify:

Once verified, the mailbox status shows Normal — binding successful:

After binding, turn on mail sync + notifications (see Check New Emails).
Pitfall Summary
| Pitfall | Consequence | How to avoid |
|---|---|---|
Server entered as imap.35.com / imap.mail.35.com | Send/receive fails | 35 Enterprise Mail server is imap.yourowndomain, not 35's domain |
| Binding with the 35 mail login password | Authentication failed | Must use the Client Authorization Code, not the login password |
| Forgot to copy the code after generation | Code lost | Copy immediately after generation; if lost, regenerate under "Client Protocol Settings" |
imap.yourdomain doesn't resolve | Server unreachable | Domain DNS isn't configured — contact the IT / domain admin who enabled 35 mail |
| Port set to 25 / 143 | No encryption / blocked | Use SSL: IMAP 993 / SMTP 465 |
| Using enterprise mailbox for bulk sending | Company domain goes to spam, hurts the whole org | Use a quality channel for bulk; reserve the enterprise mailbox for 1-on-1 |
FAQ
Q1 · Why do send/receive servers use my own domain?
This is 35 Enterprise Mail's service model — the server address is bound to your enterprise domain, giving the mailbox service more brand independence and helping with mail delivery trust.
→ Others use fixed addresses like imap.exmail.qq.com; 35 uses imap.yourdomain.
Q2 · Which is "my domain"? How do I confirm?
Your domain = whatever comes after the @ in your email address.
| Your enterprise email | Domain | Server |
|---|---|---|
sales@laifa.xin | laifa.xin | imap.laifa.xin / smtp.laifa.xin |
tom@abc-trade.com | abc-trade.com | imap.abc-trade.com / smtp.abc-trade.com |
Q3 · What if imap.mydomain is unreachable / doesn't resolve?
imap.yourdomain works only when the domain DNS is correctly configured (set up by the IT / domain admin when 35 mail was enabled).
→ If unreachable or "server not found", DNS isn't set right — contact the person who originally enabled 35 mail (company IT or domain admin) to check the resolution.
Q4 · Can I use the same authorization code on multiple clients?
Technically yes, but not recommended. Best practice is one client, one code — generate an independent authorization code for each client / device:
- If a device is lost or a client retired, just revoke that one code
- Doesn't affect other devices
Q5 · What if I forget / lose the code?
Cannot be recovered, only delete and create a new one:
- Log in to mail.35.com → Settings → Client Protocol Settings
- Delete the old code entry
- Click Add Authorization Code to regenerate → re-bind in Laifaxin
Q6 · Is 35 Enterprise Mail suitable for foreign trade? How many emails per day?
Decent among Chinese enterprise mailboxes. 35 focuses on unlimited capacity + global delivery, has some footprint with domestic foreign trade teams, but overseas delivery rate doesn't match Google Workspace.
Warm-up strategy (don't run outreach at the cap):
| Stage | Daily send | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Week 1 (newly bound) | Start at 50 | 5–10 min interval |
| Weeks 2–4 | 100–200 | Watch bounce rate (keep ≤ 3%) |
| Stable phase | Up to 300 | Bulk sends via quality channel |
Learning Suggestions
| Stage | Suggestion |
|---|---|
| Memorize the server rule | Server = imap. / smtp. + your own domain |
| Generate the authorization code | Client Protocol Settings → Add Authorization Code → copy |
| One client, one code + label it | Each client gets its own code with a clear name (e.g. Laifaxin / iPhone Mail) |
| DNS must resolve | imap.yourdomain must resolve — configured by IT / domain admin |
| Periodic cleanup | Periodically delete codes no longer in use |
| Use a quality channel for bulk | For mass sends, don't send directly from the enterprise mailbox — use the quality channel |

Is 35 Enterprise Mail suitable for foreign trade?

- Europe/US focus → prefer Google Workspace
- Mainly domestic office, secondary foreign trade → 35 Enterprise Mail is workable
Why does 35's server use your own domain?
35 Enterprise Mail provides a brand-independent mailbox service to each enterprise customer — the server address follows your domain (imap.yourdomain) rather than using 35's domain uniformly.

→ Remember when configuring: 35's server is always your own domain, don't enter 35.com.
