Still stuck searching one client at a time? Want to know how to find thousands or tens of thousands of prospects in a short time?

This article reveals the power of the bulk client search feature in ๐Ÿ‘‰ Laifaxin โ€” helping you hit the 10,000-clients-in-1-hour target!

We've already covered four prospecting modes:

These help you find clients fast. But to search thousands or tens of thousands in one shot, you'll need bulk tasks.

1. Where do bulk search tasks start?โ€‹

tip

๐Ÿ’ก Two convenient entries to bulk search:

  • 1๏ธโƒฃ Bulk-task management view: Create a new bulk task directly from the management view.
  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Search preview view: While previewing results from a regular search, you can convert the current search conditions into a bulk task in one click.

1. Create from the dedicated bulk-task viewโ€‹

  • โœ… Steps

  • 1๏ธโƒฃ Navigate: Follow the screenshot below, or jump straight to ๐Ÿ‘‰ Bulk Search Tasks.

  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Start creation: Click the [Create] button in the top right to open the creation dialog.

2. How to configure your bulk search taskโ€‹

  • 1๏ธโƒฃ Choose the search channel: Default is Google. New users may want to try LinkedIn โ€” for some cases it's simpler and more precise.
  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Pick the target country: After selecting the country, the system auto-loads city lists and relevant search formulas. ๐Ÿ’ก Note: Final results aren't strictly limited to the selected country.
  • 3๏ธโƒฃ Set the result limit: Default settings are usually fine; the other option is rarely used.
  • 4๏ธโƒฃ Enter the core keyword: Supports standard Google search operators. Before starting, we highly recommend skimming the Search Syntax Guide.
  • โœจ Minor-language support: Searching minor-language regions? Always use the local language keywords for best results.
  • 5๏ธโƒฃ Enable result optimization: If you already know search operators well, we don't recommend turning this on.
  • โš ๏ธ Don't enable for minor languages: When targeting minor-language regions, do NOT enable result optimization โ€” it hurts results.
  • 6๏ธโƒฃ Add a task note: This is for your own bookkeeping โ€” record the purpose or special conditions of this search.

  • ๐Ÿ‘‰ Pro tip: Use the [Advanced Syntax] helper to quickly generate complex Google search queries โ€” very handy.

  • Example: building an advanced search

  • Core product keyword: Say you want e-bike clients โ€” enter ebike. - Must also include: You want results that also contain certain words. We enter brand and distributor.

  • ๐Ÿ‘‰ Note: Logic here is "OR" โ€” results matching brand or distributor will pass.
  • Page title includes: To target key company pages, restrict to pages whose titles contain certain words. We set about us or contact us.
  • ๐Ÿ‘‰ Key point: This means the system prioritizes "about us" or "contact us" pages of client websites.

  • Generated search formula
"e-bike" AND ("brand" | "distributor") AND (intitle:"about us" | intitle:"contact us")
  • Formula breakdown
This query says: find sites related to "e-bike" that are also "brand" or "distributor", limited to pages whose titles contain "about us" or "contact us".
  • The system auto-fills the formula into the keyword input.

  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Task progress: Real-time status (waiting / running / completed) plus percentage.
  • 3๏ธโƒฃ Key metrics overview: Quickly check client count, email count, employee count, etc.
  • 4๏ธโƒฃ View and process results: Click into the task to filter the client data.

FAQโ€‹

  • โ“ Do bulk search tasks consume my prospecting points?

    • A: Yes โ€” bulk tasks consume points based on the number of clients found and contact info extracted, same as regular searches. Make sure you have enough points before running large tasks, and use filtering to optimize point spend.
  • โ“ How many bulk tasks can I run in parallel?

    • A: There's a parallel-task cap that depends on your plan. New tasks queue when you hit the cap. Check status on the task list.
  • โ“ Is the client info from bulk search accurate?

    • A: ๐Ÿ‘‰ Laifaxin is committed to high-quality data. Bulk-search results come from multiple data channels with cleansing and validation. But because the internet changes constantly, we recommend cross-verifying via Client Domain Search before reaching out.
  • โ“ What if my keywords are off and results are poor?

Learning tipsโ€‹

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Master basics before scaling: Before running large bulk tasks, make sure you've mastered the regular usage of AI Database โ€” especially fluency with Google search operators.
  • ๐Ÿ’ก Small-batch test first: For new product keywords or complex condition combos, test with a small batch first (fewer keywords or a narrow country) โ€” assess result quality, optimize, then scale up.
  • โœ๏ธ Leverage task notes: Add clear notes to each bulk task โ€” purpose, key keywords, target market, etc. This helps with review and management later, and helps you reflect and improve your strategy.
  • ๐Ÿ“Š Analyze results periodically: Don't just be satisfied with finding lots of clients โ€” spend time analyzing. Which keyword combos work best? Which country has the best response rate? Use data to keep improving.
