- Locate the issue: we enter the results and sort by prospect emails or website emails.
Diagram: Sort by email count in descending order to quickly locate anomalous companies.
- 2️⃣ Analyze the issue: some sites have too many emails — there's no point bulk-marketing to these sites
- 👉 Solution: we cap website email count and prospect email count at 100.
- 3️⃣ Filter settings: click 【Filter】 in the top-left, set conditions to: website email count and prospect email count both less than 100.
- 👉 Notes: conditions have an "AND" relationship, and the view should be saved as a new view for later use.
Diagram: Cap both website email count and prospect email count at 100.
- Check conditions: sort by email, confirm conditions are active
Diagram: Sort again to verify — companies with more than 100 emails have been successfully excluded.
- Please note:
- 1️⃣ Condition accumulation: if you already have other commonly used views, add the above conditions to those views.
- 2️⃣ Cap number: 100 is just a demo value — you can set 200 or 50 based on your situation.

1. FAQ
-
❓ I set a condition to exclude China, but the results still include Chinese companies?
- A: Check your filter logic. If you used "OR" logic and also included other conditions that allow all countries, Chinese companies may still appear because they meet other conditions. Make sure the exclusion is in an "AND" logic group, or as a standalone exclusion rule that must be satisfied.
-
❓ How many views can I save?
- A: You can create and save multiple views to quickly switch in different search tasks and filtering scenarios. We recommend creating an independent view for each commonly used filter logic combination, with clear naming.
2. Learning Tips
- Iterative optimization: filtering isn't a one-shot operation. Start from a baseline view, and based on the quality of each search result, continuously add or adjust filter conditions to gradually optimize your customer filtering model.
- Periodic review: regularly review your saved views, especially the default view. As your market and customer understanding deepens, old filter conditions may need updates to ensure you're always efficiently targeting the most precise customer groups.
- Combine exclusion and inclusion: efficient filtering combines "exclusion" and "inclusion". While excluding invalid info (specific regions, junk sites), also actively use "inclusion" conditions to lock in high-quality customers with clear features (industry words, technical words).
