  1. Select targets: check the customers whose emails you want to save (current page or all).
  2. Enter the save flow: click ใ€Save Contactsใ€‘ to open the email save settings.

  1. Configure save options: complete these key settings in the dialog.
  • 1๏ธโƒฃ Email type: see ๐Ÿ“šThree Email Types โ€” Features & Advantages for the detailed comparison.
    • Newcomer recommendation: if you're new, pick "prospect email" and "official site email".
  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Job title setting: for precise emails, you can save only specific titles like CEO, buyer.
  • 3๏ธโƒฃ Save count: target number of emails per company/domain.
    • Newcomer recommendation: 10. After getting inquiries, consider more โ€” don't waste credits!
  • 4๏ธโƒฃ Tag selection: tag the batch about to be saved to ๐Ÿ“šContacts clearly.
  • 5๏ธโƒฃ Existing contact handling: pick "No action" โ€” enables auto dedup, avoiding duplicate credit consumption.

Note: Differences Between the Three Email Types
  • 1๏ธโƒฃ Precise email: besides the email, includes name, title, and social media (e.g. LinkedIn) โ€” maps to a specific employee.
  • 2๏ธโƒฃ Prospect email: sourced from the entire internet, with domain matching the website. Includes source links (html, excel, pdf, etc.).
  • 3๏ธโƒฃ Official site email: from the customer's official website โ€” could be a business mailbox or a free one. Includes source links for traceability.

  • โ“ Does the system auto-dedup when saving emails?

    • A: Yes. In the last step of "Save Email Settings", "Existing contact handling" defaults to "No action" โ€” the system skips emails already in your contacts to avoid duplicate save and charges.
  • โ“ Which email type should newcomers save first?

    • A: Recommended: "prospect email" and "official site email". They cover wide and high-volume, helping rapidly grow your prospect pool. When you find a high-value customer, then go deeper with "precise email".
  • โ“ How many emails should I save per company?

    • A: For newcomers, set 5-10 per company. Enough for initial contact. After positive feedback (inquiries), then save more โ€” maximizes credit efficiency.

  • Use tags well: when saving emails, always tag the batch clearly (e.g. "2024-Canton Fair-LED Customers"). Makes filtering and grouping efficient in ๐Ÿ“šContacts & View Management.
