1. Step 1 ยท Fill in the Product Profileโ
Before AI Lead Scoring you must fill in a Product Profile โ AI relies on this profile to judge whether each company is your target.
Steps: Open Settings โ Product Profile โ click + Add Product in the top-right โ fill in "Product Name" + "Product Brief" โ click Confirm.

Required: "Product Name" + "Product Brief". "Unique Points / Extra Info" โ leave blank (filling them skews AI scoring). 2. Scoring Panels and Scoring Modesโ
AI Lead Scoring has no standalone entry. First identify which panel you're on, then pick the appropriate scoring mode โ combine flexibly.

Mode 1 ยท Batch Scoring (most common)โ
Steps: Check target customers (or select all) โ click AI Lead Scoring at the top โ set 3 options โ click Submit.

โ Screening criteria: pick your target product (the product profile from Step 1).

Mode 2 ยท Single Deep Score (AI Insight Tab)โ
Steps: In a result list, open a company โ in the right drawer switch to AI Insight Tab โ pick product โ click Start Scoring.

Single-company scoring is deeper: see the 6-dimension breakdown + match points / risk points โ good for researching key customers one by one.
Mode 3 ยท Single Hover Quick Scoreโ
Steps: On the AI Database result list, hover over a row โ floating buttons appear โ click Score.

Good for ad-hoc scoring of a single company while browsing โ no selecting, no modal โ lightest possible.
3. View Scoring Resultsโ
After scoring, follow these steps to review results โ end up filtering 60+ targets, then save them in Chapter 4.
1. Progress and summary reportโ
Open the Batch Scoring Task page ๐

Each task is a card showing 3 key info:
- ๐ Fit distribution (High / Medium / Low) โ scoring summary, tells you at a glance how fit the batch is
- ๐ข Scored count + elapsed time โ scoring progress
- ๐ฐ Point spend
Click Results on a task to enter that task's result list.
2. Single-company score card and deep analysisโ
In the result list, 2 ways to view a company's score:
A. Hover to see score card: hover a row โ score card pops (score + one-line summary) โ click View Detailed Report.

B. AI Insight Tab for deep analysis: open a company โ right drawer switches to AI Insight Tab โ see 6 dimensions + match points / risk points (deeper than the card).

3. The 6 scoring dimensionsโ
Whether from "View Detailed Report" or "AI Insight Tab", you see these 6 dimensions:

4. Filter 60+ target customersโ
Filter โฅ 60 in the top-left of the result list โ what comes through is almost all fit customers, ready to save and market to.

The system auto-categorizes by score band โ the dropdown makes it clear:

Why 60? From massive real-world testing, 60+ customers have the highest outreach ROI (covers Priority Follow-Up + Focus Development + Stay Connected). Higher (80+) misses potential customers; lower (< 60) mixes in too much noise.
4. Save Targeted Customersโ
After filtering 60+, batch save into CRM to enter the email marketing pipeline.
Steps:
- In the list check any 1 company โ click
Select All(auto-selects every filtered 60+ target) - Click
Save Contactsโ modal settings - Click
Confirm Saveโ system saves the email + company info to Contacts / Companies

- โ Email type: check "Valid" + "Unknown" โ 70%+ inquiries come from Unknown
