1. Create Bulk Task (Main Action)โ
Click + Create at the top right โ the Create Bulk Search window pops up, with 2 tabs:
Tab 1 ยท Company Domain Searchโ
Used for: when you have customer URLs (trade show directories, Google search results, partner customer URLs).
Steps:
- โ In the "Paste Domains" box, paste domains / URLs one per line
- โก System auto-detects + de-duplicates (top shows real-time "detected valid domain count")
- โข Change task name (default
Bulk Search.YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM:SSโ recommend giving it a meaningful name) - โฃ Click

Tab 2 ยท Company Name Searchโ
Used for: when you only have company names without URLs (customs data, trade show directories, Google-searched company name lists).
Steps:
- โ In the input box, paste company names one per line
- โก System smart autocomplete + reverse-lookup domain โ pasting domains also works, searches from both domain and name fields
- โข Change task name

2. View Task Resultsโ
After task creation, you auto-return to the task list โ find your newly created task (default sorted by creation time descending):

Resultsat row end โ enter results list - โก Secondary filter at top (country / industry / email status, etc.) to narrow scope
- โข List shows company profile + emails + decision-makers
- โฃ Click a row โ right drawer shows 4 tabs (AI insight / emails / similar companies / company employees)
3. Bulk AI Scoring (Filter 60+ High Matches)โ
In the results list, check targets โ top AI Scoring โ submit scoring task โ enter Bulk Scoring Tasks to track progress โ save 60+ high-match customers.

4. Bulk Save to CRMโ
Bulk-save filtered customers into CRM:
- โ List-check customers (select all / select all by filter conditions)
- โก Click top
Save Contactsโ popup settings - โข 4 recommendations: check "Valid + Unknown" emails / 3-5 per company / check "ignore new tags" / advanced options default
- โฃ Click
Confirm Saveโ enter Contacts / Companies list
๐ฐ Save progress: enter Customer Save Records to track progress + credit consumption. Auto-pauses when credits are depleted, auto-resumes after topping up โ task is not lost.
5. Historical Task Managementโ
Enter Bulk Search Tasks to see all bulk tasks aggregated:
- Top filter bar: quickly locate by task status / task name
- Action column:
Results(view company list) +More(rename / delete)
