- A: Only saving emails is billed.
- 🆓 Free operations: search preview, view customers, create tasks, view results, filter customers — all free.

info, sales, contactare fully free.- For complete billing rules see 📚Product Rights Comparison and free-mailbox list.
❓ 🤔 Why am I getting competitors?
- A: Usually because you used your own product keywords. To find customers, you must use your customer's characteristic keywords.
- ❌ Wrong: if you do CNC machining and use
CNCas keyword, most results will be domestic competitors.- ☑️ Right: your customers are various overseas factories (e.g. robotic arm manufacturers), so search for their product keywords like
robotic armto find target customers.
❓ 🧐 Why are my search results so few?
- A: Try the following:
- Optimize keywords: don't translate or guess — go to target customer websites or social media and find the native keywords they actually use.
- Search non-English languages: search German customers in German, French customers in French, etc.
- Turn off result optimization: when using Google, try turning off 【Result Optimization】. Always off for non-English languages.
❓ 🔑 How to get effective keywords?

- Customer website: analyze product, service, industry, and role descriptions on customer websites. E.g. a CNC machining shop can find
robotic arm-related product descriptions on robotic arm manufacturer websites — those are your effective keywords.- Customer social media: mine business traits and common vocabulary from customer social profiles.
- More tips: see 📚How to Extract Customer Features.
❓ 🌏 How to search non-English customers?
- A: Core principle: "Use the local language to search local customers".
- Use the matching language: keywords must be in the target market's official language (Russian for Russian customers).
