โœจ Save 1000 Search Result Emails

In the previous guide ๐Ÿ“šBackground-Check 999+ Customers in 1 Minute, you learned to quickly get to know prospects. When you find valuable ones, the next step is to save their email info for follow-up and marketing.

Goal of This Guide

Walk you through one-click saving searched customer emails to your Laifaxin Contacts module, and understand the key save settings. The title says "1000", but we recommend starting small!

1. Prerequisite: Effectively Filter Resultsโ€‹

Before saving emails at scale, filter your search results effectively!
  • Target: After filtering, 70%+ of the list should be your target customers.
  • Method: See ๐Ÿ“šSearch Result Filtering Guide โ€” use views and filter conditions to exclude non-targets.
  • Why: Saving emails consumes universal credits. Precise filtering ensures credits are spent where they matter and avoids polluting your CRM with irrelevant data.

2. Select and Save Contactsโ€‹

On the filtered search task results page:

  1. Check target customers: Select one by one, or click the header checkbox to select the current page. For large volumes, click the ใ€Select Allใ€‘ button above the list.

  2. Launch the save task: After selecting, click ใ€Save Contactsใ€‘ above the list to open the "Save Email Settings" dialog.

3. Understand Key Save Settingsโ€‹

Every option in the "Save Email Settings" dialog matters and directly affects data quality and credit consumption.

1. Email Typeโ€‹

  • ๐ŸŽฏ Precise email (employees): highest quality, includes name and title, reaches decision-makers directly. Best for B2B precise outreach.
  • ๐Ÿ”Ž Prospect email (web-wide): broad coverage, supplementary. Good for expanding reach.
  • ๐Ÿฌ Official site email (public): core for SMB, official channel. Good for first contact.

2. Job Title Filterโ€‹

  • Function: When "Precise email" is checked, enter job title keywords (e.g. buyer, CEO) to further filter employee emails.

3. Save Limit per Domainโ€‹

  • Critical for controlling credits and getting key contacts!
  • Meaning: max number of selected-type emails to save per company.
  • Recommendation: newcomers or broad nets โ€” set to 5 or 10. Never leave it uncapped or too large!

4. Assign Tagsโ€‹

  • Clear, standardized tags on saved emails are foundational for CRM management and marketing!
  • Naming recommendation: [language]-[customer group]-[batch], e.g. English-Engineering Equipment Distributor-Marketing 15.
  • Tag system planning: see ๐Ÿ“šTags & Views โ€” Case

5. Duplicate Handlingโ€‹

  • No action (recommended): safest dedupe โ€” won't add duplicates, won't change existing contact info.
  • Add tag (keep existing) (recommended): dedupe and add this round's new tag to existing customers.

4. View Save Historyโ€‹

  • Click Customer Search > Prospect Save History to see task progress, status, new emails added, credit consumption, etc.
  • You can also download the Excel of this saved batch from here.

5. Expansion & Resourcesโ€‹

1. FAQโ€‹

  • โ“ What's the difference between the three email types, and which should I pick?

    • A: Precise email has the highest quality, best for reaching decision-makers directly. Prospect and official site emails cost less and cover more โ€” good for high-volume initial screening or supplementary use. Newcomers should start with prospect and official site emails and cap the save volume.
  • โ“ Why are fewer emails saved than I expected?

    • A: Possible reasons: 1) the companies you selected don't have matches for your chosen email type or job title keywords; 2) the "save limit per domain" you set limited the count; 3) some emails already exist in your contacts and were deduped per your settings.
  • โ“ How are credits charged?

    • A: Each successfully saved email to your contacts consumes credits based on email type. Precise emails cost more, prospect and official site emails cost less (some are free). Check estimated consumption in the save dialog before saving.

2. Learning Tipsโ€‹

  • โœ… Filter before saving: Most important principle. Burning credits on uncertain search results is the biggest waste. Always purify your customer list via ๐Ÿ“šResult Filtering first.
  • โœ… Build a standardized tag system: The cornerstone of CRM success. Take time to think through your business and build a clear, scalable ๐Ÿ“štag naming convention.
  • โœ… Test with small batches: Before saving at scale, test your strategy (email types, save limit, tags, etc.) on a small batch (e.g. 10-20 companies). Verify the results match expectations, then scale up gradually.
