โœจ Send 100 Emails in Bulk and Track Results

In the previous guide, ๐Ÿ“šSend Your First Trackable Email, you experienced precise one-to-one communication with a single customer. But when you want to reach many prospects at once, mass sending is clearly the more efficient choice.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Laifaxin's powerful mass send feature not only helps you reach large numbers of customers effortlessly, but also lets you track marketing results, so every effort pays off visibly.

Goal of This Guide

Walk you through launching a mass send task to a small batch of saved contacts, enabling email tracking, and taking a first look at sending results. The title says "100 emails", but we recommend starting with a smaller number like 20-50.

1. Prepare the Mass Send Taskโ€‹

Before sending, you need to decide who to send to and what content to send.

  1. Open the feature:

  2. Create a new task:

    • On the "Mass Send" page, click the ใ€+ Mass Sendใ€‘ button in the top right to open the "New Mass Send Task" dialog.

  3. Select recipients:

    • Under Select Customers, click the "Recipients" field and select the tag you created earlier for a small test group (e.g., the tag from ๐Ÿ“šSave 1000 Search Result Emails).
    • โš ๏ธ Newcomer tip: Make sure the contacts under the selected tag are limited, e.g. 20-50 contacts.
  4. Select an email template:

    • Under Select Template, click the dropdown. You can pick a system preset or click ใ€+ Create Templateใ€‘ to make one quickly.

2. Configure and Launch the Taskโ€‹

With content ready, move on to key sending settings.

  1. Select the sender account:

    • Under Sender Account, we recommend choosing ใ€Premium Channelใ€‘. This is Laifaxin's system sending channel โ€” no extra mailbox configuration required, with better deliverability and no risk of your personal work mailbox being banned for mass sending.

  2. Enable email tracking:

    • Under Other Settings, be sure to check ใ€Email Tracking (opens, links, attachments)ใ€‘. This lets you know which customers opened the email and which clicked links after sending.

  3. Launch the mass send:

    • Give your task a "Task Name" (e.g. "First Mass Send Experience โ€“ XX Customers").
    • Review all settings carefully, especially the estimated send count and credit consumption.
    • Confirm and click ใ€Submitใ€‘ in the bottom right.

3. View Sending Resultsโ€‹

After submission, the system starts processing.

  1. Check task status:

    • In the Mass Send task list, watch the "Status": it moves from "Waiting" to "Sending" and finally to Completed.
    • You'll also see basic data like "Send Progress", "Success Count", and "Failure Count".

  2. View tracking results:

    • Once the task is "Completed" and your emails start being read, you'll see the "Open Rate" column update in the task list.
    • Click ใ€Task Resultsใ€‘ on the task to enter the detail page.
    • On the result detail page, you can filter customers by "Delivered", "Opened", "Link Clicked", etc., and do secondary marketing to these active customers.

4. Expansion & Resourcesโ€‹

1. FAQโ€‹

  • โ“ What's the difference between "Premium Channel" and "My Mailbox"?

    • A: Premium Channel is Laifaxin's system sending service โ€” ready out of the box with high deliverability. My Mailbox refers to your own personal or business mailbox you've bound โ€” more identity-aware, but you maintain the mailbox reputation yourself. Newcomers should start with Premium Channel.
  • โ“ Why is my open rate so low?

    • A: Low open rates early on are normal. Possible causes: unattractive subject line, poor send timing, or content triggering spam filters. Improvement comes from continuous testing and optimization.
  • โ“ What credits does mass sending consume?

    • A: Mass sending consumes your email send credits. Each successful send to one mailbox address counts as one consumption.

2. Learning Tipsโ€‹

  • โœ… Start small: Always begin your mass send tests with a smaller (e.g. 20-50) but higher-quality customer list. It's easier to analyze results and adjust strategy.
  • โœ… Test subject lines: The subject line is the first door deciding whether your email gets opened. Try different styles on small groups and see which opens best.
  • โœ… Follow up active customers: Customers tracked as "Opened" or "Clicked" are your high-intent prospects! Prioritize them for one-to-one focused follow-up.
