2. Generate App Passwordโ
1. Go to Yahoo Account Infoโ
Log into Yahoo Mail โ top right avatar / name โ dropdown select Account Info.
2. Go to Account Security โ App Passwordโ
In Account Info, left navigation โ Account Security โ find Generate app password or Manage app passwords.
3. Generate Password for Laifaxinโ
Enter app name (e.g. Laifaxin) in the popup โ click Generate password:
4. Copy and Save Immediatelyโ
Yahoo generates a 16-digit app password:
Once you close the popup, you can never see this password again. Immediately copy and save to a password manager (1Password / Bitwarden) or a text file.
If lost, your only option is to generate a new password โ the original is invalidated.
3. Bind in Laifaxinโ
Go to Laifaxin Email Account and add Yahoo Mail:
